Best pistachio ice cream, large ice cream scoops, hard to beat in terms of quality. Unfortunately, few staff seem to be employed, so that a crowd of people in front of the ice cream parlor quickly appears.

The taste is completely normal, but the rudeness is not normal. I was there today and I ordered a large portion for 6.50, I sat down at a table, and in a minute the waitress will come and tell me I can't sit here because my mug is to go, At first I was shocked and I couldn't cope with it, the ice cream was suddenly so bitter, I got up and left the mug on the table, such an unfriendly and disrespectful relationship ruined my day, maybe I should have an espresso for 2 Order euros then I was allowed to sit down. Of course, if you read the other reviews, you can tell that the place is known for its unfriendliness.

super nice owners, best ice cream, always new varieties, cafe always delicious just great. My varvorit is "oro verde" (pistachio) full in taste I have not found any other ice cream parlor that works so well !!!! Full 5 stars !!!!!!

The best ice cream parlor in Cologne! On the negative reviews: quality has its price, and this gelateria is absolutely justified. You can't get black and white ice cream everywhere. Neither a vegan scoop of chocolate ice cream with 60% cocoa mass, and it tasted incredible!

Excellent exceptional ice cream and very nice owners. The coffee also tastes great. I advise everyone to go there !!!!!!!!! And for all critics of the business concept and the German VAT rate, I strongly advise the owners and lovers of the ice cream parlor not to spoil the mood.

Since this ice cream manufacturer was founded, there has only been super delicious ice cream there! The prices are definitely fair to the ice! And the owner + staff is totally friendly and cool every time :) There are also cool ice creams, not only the 0815s .. Definitely worth a visit !!

I stopped by here in a rainy day. The ice cream was really good. However, my experience was bad here. I order one scope in a cone and came outside to sit on a tiny bench and have my ice cream under the roof. It was just me and no one else outside. Suddenly a waitress came and ask me to leave my seat as I paid for to go price. I can understand that for sure. But when it is rainy and no one is there to take the place they could behave nicer (having more empathy I meant) and not sending me outside under the rain with my ice cream. I liked the location but perhaps I won't come back.

Tasty ice. Pick up the top spot for the little break from the kids from kindergarten. However, the opening days fluctuate erratically. But who doesn't do that every now and then ?! Hehe. ?

Amazing gelato

Wonderful little ice cream parlor in the south District offering some well made ice cream flavours which are a little alternative. As I live a sugar free life I found that they offer one ice cream with stevia. At the time of writing this review it was a macadamia ice cream which was still rich, creamy and sweet. Perfect in every way. My only issue was one of the service team sounded and responded a little too arrogant when we asked a question. Service is all about being friendly, polite and giving the customer the best experience possible. That's why this review only gets 4 stars and not 5. On another day they could probably hit the nail on the head.

Unfriendly. Wouldn't let the Mom of my girlfriend go to the bathroom unless she also ordered a coffee or something.

Extremely rude, they don't want you to relax or enjoy sitting there after ordering. Once you've been served they want you to leave as quickly as possible. Not a nice atmosphere at all. Completely unusual for Cologne. We won't ever go there again. Prepare to be offended if you do go!
